The SACAIR2024 Conference dinner is taking place on Wednesday, 4 December 2024 at the Naval Hill Planetarium.

Transport from the UFS Centenary Complex to the Planetarium:
17:45  | First bus departs from the UFS, Centenary Complex for the Naval Hill Planetarium
18:00 | Last bus departs from the UFS, Centenary Complex for the Naval Hill Planetarium

• Welcome drinks are served
• Naval Hill Planetarium Digital Show and Dinner
• The evening is all-inclusive – no cash bar
• Dietary requirements are catered for as per your indication during registration

Transport from the  Planetarium to the UFS Centenary Complex:

21:00 | First bus returns to the UFS, Centenary Complex of the University of the Free State
21:30 |  Last bus returns to the Centenary Complex of the University of the Free State
